Thanks for the list, Ataul. I might actually reconsider and go back to using one of the plugins here. Though I’ve had some issues with WP Live Chat and I had to remove it. Right now I use live chat from Deskun and I like the features a lot, though that’s not a plugin, but I use it because it’s free for one user.

thank you for the articles, i will like to suggest “chat live chat”, have been using it for months now and it really easy to use with great features like, it allows multiple chat on free version, has a mobile app and also chrome extension. https://wordpress.org/plugins/chats/

Hey there Ataul,

Thanks for marking some good points on live chat solutions, however there are plenty more out there. Why don’t you consider writing a similar article, but instead of listing live support chats, you could focus on describing social chat platforms like iFlyChat, Cometchat, Chatwee etc.?

People often are seeking an opportunity to have an embedded chatroom or chat box (also with integrated users database). Taking Chatwee, for instance, for me it’s quite more social chat room than a live help chat. There are also numbers of solutions and I think it would be an excellent idea for another post.
